Peter Zarris is the National Convenor of the Australian Psychological Society’s Interest Group in Coaching Psychology (APS IGCP), and an Organisational Psychologist. Peter discusses the work of the IGCP and future developments. He also discusses his research which assesses the usefulness of a particular model for determining whether individuals are ready to take on more senior roles.
